Shipping:
Processing time: all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Returns:
You are eligible for a replacement in the following cases:
- The wrong product was sent
- The product is defective
To submit a request for replacement, you should contact us at info@zengaz.net to receive a replacement application form which should be accompanied by a video that clearly shows the product’s defect.
Notice
Zengaz reserves the right to replace any item at their own discretion. In case your item is no longer in stock, the replacement will be made with the closest equivalent item available.
