Date Night

The mini torch lighters are great, unfortunately one of them in my 3 pack arrived broken. Upon taking it out of the package and trying the lighter for the first time, it did not light. I looked inside and seen a small little round part where the flame comes out was not attached. I tipped over the lighter and it just fell out. There other 2 in the pack worked fine. I talked the customer service that night. Right away they said they would replace it. Ya been crickets since and I’ve sent a couple emails now asking what is going on?
